Interview & Tour
Please print and complete the Application Form and bring it with you to the interview. Please be on time.
Interviews are scheduled after hours. Special arrangements can be made to meet on weekends. Having the interview after hours allows me to give you my full attention and does not interrupt the daycare activities. Pease contact me to schedule an interview. It is important for me to meet your child(ren) at this interview.
Enrollment
To enroll your child at Right Start, a scheduled tour is necessary for both the parents and the child. Please contact me to arrange an interview and tour.
Enrollment Forms
The Enrollment Forms are required by the state of Colorado and must be signed and returned prior to the first day of care. An updated copy of your child's Immunizations is required. The General Health Appraisal Form and a current copy of your child's Immunizations must be updated on an yearly basis.

Security Retainer & Tuition
Upon enrollment, a security retainer of one week tuition is required to hold the space for your child. This must be received in advance in order to secure your child's space. The security retainer will be applied to your child's last week of care if there are no outstanding balances on your account, and the proper notice has been given. In addition, the Enrollment Forms with the first week's fee must be received before your child's first day of care. Please bring the Enrollment Packet and first week's tuition prior to your child's first day. Other agreements may be made at the discretion of the provider.
